Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pinzl Tech! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PinzlTech.com (and any subdomains) and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us Pinzl Tech is a small, independently owned business.  We’re real people who love tech and helping creators.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are in USD and include sales tax where applicable.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • Placing an order means you agree to pay the total shown at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (you’ll get a full refund if we do).

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Most items ship from U.S. or international warehouses 
  • Shipping times are estimates only – typically 7–21 business days (U.S.), longer internationally.
  • Tracking numbers are provided when available.
  • Lost or delayed packages: we’ll work with you and the supplier to resolve it (replacement or refund).
  • Customs fees & import duties (international orders) are your responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • 30-day return window from delivery date.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Buyer pays return shipping (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 7 days of receiving the return.
  • Defective or wrong item? We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

5. Warranty

  • All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty (usually 6–12 months).
  • We’ll help you with warranty claims – just reach out.

6. Accuracy of Information We do our best to keep product photos, descriptions, and pricing accurate, but occasional mistakes happen. We can cancel or adjust orders affected by clear errors.

7. Intellectual Property Everything on this site (photos, text, logos) belongs to Pinzl Tech or our suppliers. Feel free to share, but don’t steal.

8. Limitation of Liability We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us for the product.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies.
