We ship worldwide from multiple warehouses.

Shipping Times (business days from the moment your order is fulfilled)

• USA: 7–14 days 
• Canada: 10–20 days
• UK / EU / Australia: 10–21 days
• Rest of world: 14–30 days

Shipping Costs Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We always use the cheapest reliable option.

Tracking Every order gets a tracking number (sent by email as soon as it’s available — usually within 1–3 days).

Customs & Import Fees (international orders) You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes in your country. We mark packages as “low-value gift” when legally allowed to reduce fees, but we can’t guarantee zero fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order is late or lost, just contact us. I’ll chase the carrier, reship, or refund — whichever you prefer. No run-around.

Shipping is NOT guaranteed by a specific date We move as fast as we can, but delays can happen (holidays, customs, carrier issues). We’ll always keep you updated.
